The Palais de Tokyo offers different formats of visits and workshops designed for schoolchildren – from nursery school to high school – and students, whatever their field of study. Supervised by the Palais’ team of cultural mediators, these events enable students to develop practical skills and to approach art history, science, history or philosophy through the discovery of one or more exhibitions.
Their originality is based on an essential principle: to encourage debate and the involvement of each participant. Ambitious and innovative, they allow for a wider field of reflection and experimentation with new forms of learning, for example by involving artists from the programme or Palais de Tokyo staff.
The Palais de Tokyo’s offer for schoolchildren is part of the artistic and cultural education programme of the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research.
Our tours and workshops are usually conducted in French but we can, on request, design formats in English, Spanish, Persian, Mandarin and Cantonese.
To prepare or extend your visit: Scolab – the Palais educational booklet (in Fench).
