Nadia Chonville is a Caribbean feminist writer, best known for her novel Mon cœur bat vite, published by Mémoire d’encrier. Her intellectual commitment to human equality is reflected in her artistic, academic, and political activities. Her research focuses on strategies for deconstructing heteronormativity within Caribbean societies. She approaches culture as a revolutionary tool, capable of transforming and healing society.

Throughout her life, she has contributed to organizations dedicated to supporting and promoting artistic creation. Notably, she served as administrator of ETC Caraïbe – Caribbean Center for Contemporary Playwriting from 2018 to 2024.

It is thanks to the excellence and consistency of her career that she is now supported, as part of the La Relève program, by the French Ministry of Culture and Sciences Po Paris in the development of Cabaret Z.
