Milk Shake Project

The Milk Shake association in Paris is specialized in teaching the Gaga dance. This branch of dance is based on a deep listening of the body where instructions are explained to increase sensitivity and further amplify sensations. Although many of the instructions are imprigneted with rich imagery, Gaga is fundamentally physical, allowing each participant to discover and strengthen the body and gain flexibility, endurance and agility. Milk Shake organizes workshops about improvisation and transmission of repertoire for dancers, choreographers or amateurs, given by international dancers and choreographers from the Batsheva Dance Company, Ultima Vez, Hofesh Shechter or Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.

As an official partner of Gaga Movement, Milkshake organizes and coordinates all the activities of Gaga in Paris and in other cities in France, offering all the activities for theatres and institutions such as the Théâtre National de Chaillot, the Théâtre de la Ville, Montpellier Danse, the CND, the Carreau du Temple, Potsdam Tanzstage, the Théâtre de Caen, the CCN of Le Havre, Scottish Dance Theatre and other places.
