The innovative project Klang is inspired by the movement of sound in space, in the form of waves. Each of these waves, made by the artist in fuchsia pink neon, corresponds to “a note in the harmonic series of the Palais de Tokyo”. They allow a set of limitless combinations, going as far as the creation of figurative shapes. Distributed round the space, these two works by Oliver Beer generate a silent echo that lends rhythm to visitors’ progress as they walk around, at the same time as being the first elements of a large musical fresco to be developed in time and space. Oliver Beer, born in 1985 in Kent (United Kingdom), lives and works in Paris
