Raphaël Gribe Marquis is a radio and film producer, as well as a DJ, who has been collaborating for over ten years with national and international media outlets (France Inter, Brut, Rinse, Spotify, Mediapart, France TV) and cultural institutions (Théâtre de Chaillot, Nouveau Théâtre de Montreuil, Centre National de la Danse, La Villette). He notably covers and programs cultural events at major international artistic gatherings (Berlinale, Cannes Festival, Locarno, Whole Festival, etc.). As a film producer, he received the 2023 Grand Prix for short films at the Chéries Chéris Festival for a fiction film inspired by the life of artist Claude Cahun. In 2023, he also produced a commissioned film for La Cinémathèque Française on the occasion of the exhibition dedicated to Agnès Varda. His work highlights the impact of cultural and political issues with a particular focus on themes of inclusion and diversity, aiming to shape new, complex imaginaries and demanding new aesthetics, centered around emancipated and renewed representations.
