Lasseindra Ninja, a major figure of Voguing in France and abroad, is a pioneer of the Ballroom Scene in Europe.
She debuts in New York, home of Voguing, urban dance and emancipation movement from the black American queer community. The practice was born from the desire to fight against a double discrimination: racism and sexism. Today, it advocates values of tolerance, solidarity and anti-racism. Lasseindra exports Voguing to France, where she founded the Eurasian chapter of the “House of Ninja”, a place known for its multiracial openness and its influences from martial arts from its origins.
