Antonio Somaini is Professor of Film, Media, and Visual Culture Theory at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and Visiting Professor at Harvard University. His research currently focuses on the impact of AI on images, visual culture and contemporary artistic practices. Author and editor of numerous volumes, he also curates exhibitions, including The World through AI at Jeu de Paume in 2025.
