This workshop will explore dance as a form of self-defence and healing, and singing as a way of expressing oneself. Through voice and dance work, Julie Nioche, Miléna Gilabert and Orion Socquet invite participants to collectively share some of the practices used in OUTSIDER, a piece that examines the power of dance as a response to sexual and gender-based violence.

To continue offering dance spaces for amateur participants and in connection with the plan D performances, the CND provides an opportunity for everyone to explore different dance styles.
