L’ATTRAPE RÊVE FANZINE was created in April 2011by three members of the L’Attrape Rêve collective: Paul Pinceloup, Sarah Szames and Mélissa Prat. This project arose from a shared desire for artistic meetings, a wish to give prominence to certain works still in the shadows compared with other more popular ones. Produced in a limited print run and an A5 format, it sets out to bring together artistic works in a simple, but high-quality object – drawings, photographs, poetry and literature, graphic art, strip cartoons ¬–, but likewise to introduce several artists and musicians by means of interviews. Furthermore in each issue we offer carte blanche to an individual or a collective, who is then presented in a special file (an interview, works, guests, etc.) and takes over the original creation of the cover of the magazine.
The first four cartes blanches offered by L’Attrape Rêve Fanzine were accepted by Ghislain Garlin, Stephan Balleux, Koa and Mcbess respectively.

CARTE BLANCHE: MEGA
Mega works in Bali. Following a career as an artistic director with the French (WAD) and international (Acclaim) press, Mega decided to devote himself solely to his love of illustration.
Masked warriors, fierce girls, cult objects, teeming insects, and other ferocious animals seem to have emerged straight from the imaginary jungle in which Mega conducts his unrelenting artistic combat.
From Nike to Volkswagen by way of Complex magazine, his images can be found on every kind of support.
After living in Brazil, Argentina, and indeed Australia, Mega decided to set up his office in Bali, the island of the gods.
Mega is represented by Lezilus where Francophone countries are concerned, and by the New Yorker Richard Solomon for the rest of the world.
