For “The Garden of Eden” exhibition, “Code Magazine 2.0” will low-print on-site and time-based publications.
The magazine will act as a “plug-in” of the evenings. “Code 2.0” will thus accompany the whole project, being the editorial companion and memory of “The Garden of Eden” exhibition. “Code 2.0” will occupy a space of the exhibition, set up as a press room, where the magazine in progress will be constantly in view.
Two or three times during the 2-month program, Code 2.0 will invite itself during the evenings and realize a special issue dedicated to the exhibition and events that are going on.
Thanks to its crew of writers, artists, photographers, etc, and a good amount of templates and collective patterns, the team will publish low-tech bricolage and Fluxus-kind magazines.
Writers will review the events, photographers grasp the red carpet, artists propose performances.
At the end of each event, a special issue will be edited and distributed. At the end of the exhibition, the different booklets will be bound together to act as one possible memory of the show.
The launch of the “regular” issue #5 Code 2.0 will also take place in the exhibition, on October 25.
