Fort de ses années de succès, le Palais de Tokyo devient en 2012 un des plus grands territoires dédiés à la création contemporaine en Europe. Il s’étendra désormais jusqu’à la Seine, passant de 8 000 m² à 22 000 m². Rendez-vous début avril 2012 pour un nouveau Palais où plus que jamais les artistes et les publics d’aujourd’hui exploreront de nouveaux comportements, de nouvelles formes, de nouveaux langages, de nouvelles beautés. THE PALAIS DE TOKYO WILL BE CLOSED FROM JANUARY 1ST TO APRIL 11TH 2012
SO THAT IT CAN BE EXPANDED AND REINVENTED.
Except for the Tokyo Eat restaurant which will remain open throughout this final phase of renovation work.

Building on its years of success, in 2012 the Palais de Tokyo will become one of the largest sites devoted to contemporary creativity in Europe. It will now extend down to the Seine, and its surface area will expand from 8,000 sq. m. to 22,000 sq. m. At the beginning of April 2012 come and discover a new Palais where today’s artists and members of the public can explore new ways of behaving, new forms, new languages, and new beauties even more than before.
